Y.U.C.K.I. Senior High Youth Group (10th-12th Grades)
Our Senior High Youth Programming celebrates our youth and their journeys, honoring their transitions, struggles and accomplishments. We encourage all community youth to join us.
The 9th Grade Coming of Age Program (COA) has its own special webpage and curriculum.
Y.U.C.K.I. Sessions meet Sunday evenings from 6-8:30 PM in the Youth Lounge at UUCDC. All community youth invited! Our groups are both welcoming and fun!
Their programming centers on the five components of Young Religious Unitarian Universalists(YRUU) youth groups, including:
- community building
- leadership
- learning
- social action
- and worship.
This group plans and runs their own program for the year incorporating larger RE themes in creative and meaning ways that speak to them. Programming may also include retreats, trips, conferences, fundraising & other special events.
Highlights of this year's program include:
- Fall Start-Up Retreat in the West Virginia Mountains
- Renaissance Fair Trip
- JPD Fall CON (Annapolis)*
- YUCKI Haunted House!
- Helping with Adopt-A-Family
- Fundraising Events for SAVE DAFUR!
- Participation in the COA UU Dinner Party
- Winter CON! (Arlington)*
- The YUCKI Coffee Houses (January & May)!
- Lepre-CON! (at UUCDC)* March 7-9, 2008
- Service Projects
- YUCKI Worship Service (May)
- Attendance at the UUA General Assembly in Fort Lauderdale Florida, June 2008!
* CONs are weekend Youth Conferences, hosted and run by UU church youth & their advisors.

Our church members and friends hail from all over Delaware County, Pennsylvania (PA), as well as the counties of West Chester,
Montgomery and Philadelphia. Some come from Delaware (DE) and New Jersey (NJ). We live in the communities of Aldan, Ambler, Aston,
