UUCDC is a lively, vibrant community where ideas for new activities spring up all the time. There are numerous ways to meet other members through fellowship, religious exploration, via our community outreach programming, or participation in music and the arts. There are volunteer opportunities with various committees and groups for any member who wants to make a connection with others. Our diverse programs and committees are opportunities for people to apply their interests and talents and to link with others in smaller groups.
Our church newsletter, the Focus, will keep you informed about what is happening and you can check the Sunday order of service for weekly announcements as well. Our calendar is available online, and highlights are posted in the front lobby.
We hope that everyone will enjoy exploring the many niches of this active church. Our programs exist for your personal and spiritual growth and for the growth of our church community. Do you have something that needs to be announced to other members and friends? If so, there are several ways to do that. Please note that due to space limitations and suitability, items that are accepted may be edited.
- Order of Service: Items to be included must be received by the church office no later than Wednesday. They can be sent by churchoffice@uucdc.org (email, Order of Service), or you can call (610) 566-4853 x2.
- Digest: Items to be included must be submitted by digest@uucdc.org (email, Digest Item) no later than Wednesday. Please read the Digest Guidelines before making a submission.
- Focus: You can send prospective articles by focus@uucdc.org (email, for inclusion in Focus) or you can drop them off at the church office. (Email is preferred.)
- Calendar: Members can also submit items for inclusion on the church calendar.
