  • We are a congregation dedicated to the Unitarian Universalist principle, which affirms the inherent worth, and dignity of every person.
  • We are a congregation that believes in the goal of a world community with peace, liberty and justice for all.
  • We commit ourselves not only to celebrating our religious values, but to putting them into practice as well.

We seek to apply our UU Purposes and Principles both in our faith community and the wider world. We challenge each other to promote justice, equity and compassion through service, education, organizing, advocacy, and witness. Our goal is to be Delaware County leaders in helping assure that all are treated justly with respect, dignity and fairness.

UUCDC's Justice and Outreach Ministry Team serves as an umbrella committee for the various ongoing social justice and community outreach projects at UUCDC. We sponsor ongoing member-led justice and outreach projects, host a variety of topical forums, coordinate special events, and develop the justice and outreach budget. We meet two to four times yearly and maintain regular email notifications with our members.

If you can help with this work or have a project you'd like us to consider supporting, please join us. Contact Team Leader Mardys Leeper for more information. We welcome your participation.
