Membership Participation and Vitality Ministry Team - Mary Clinton
The ministry of our Membership Team focuses on strengthening and building our community and welcoming others into our congregation. It celebrates and encourages our congregation's growth and diversity and offers hospitality to all who share our dreams and values. The Membership Ministry Team encourages interaction and participation among church members. It includes the Sunday Morning Hospitality Team, Communications, as well as other interest and activity groups that help us bond together as a community. If you have talents or interest in any of these area, we invite you to join us!
Good Neighbors - Mary Clinton
“Why, we live just around the corner!” How many times has one of us said that to a church member we didn't know very well and talked with only casually on occasion? Good Neighbors aims to help members and friends of our church community better connect with one another. These are people you might depend on if you need help, an occasional ride to church, or with whom to share ideas. Families and individuals are assigned to one of 18 “neighborhoods” in Delaware and Chester Counties and beyond, and each group selects a communicator. Indicate your enthusiasm and your smart ideas for this program and help it grow.
Threshold Congregation - Chris Hagendorf
An expanded Threshold Congregation team will oversee the implementation of our Strategic Plan as well as interact with CERG consultants and other Threshold Congregations to find ways to effect physical and spiritual growth of our congregation. The mission of the Communications Committee is to promote the growth and recognition of our church to the community through the internet and other media, and to keep friends and members informed about what is happening in our church.

Sunday Morning Hospitality - Penny Bartlett and Jane Seelaus and Joan Pelc
Ushers, greeters, flowers, and coffee volunteers make church on Sunday mornings a wonderful place to be. Contact organizers listed here if you can help. We also need Service Assistants to help set up for the service. Lots of opportunities on a schedule convenient for you.
Greeters - Natalie Silver and Hope Thurlow
Are you friendly? Would you like to add a smile to our churchgoers' Sunday mornings? We need Greeters for both the 9:15 and 11:15 services, which means committing to arriving 30 minutes before the service begins.
Ushers - Barbara Florio
Ushers facilitate seating and hand out the Order of Service, as well as collect and count the offering. Why not take a turn? You'll be at the service anyway.
Sunday Service Flowers - Mary Clinton
Every Sunday, flowers are provided by church members and friends for the sanctuary. Often they are in honor or remembrance of a loved one. Let us know if you can provide flowers to beautify our space.
